- Download and install the EON app on your Smart TV.
- You will see the OTP code on the screen.
- Log in to My NetTV account and enter the code from the screen in the OTP code field.

- Latest supported version: iOS 14 and later
- Discontinued versions: iOS 12 and iOS 13
- Effective date: May 21, 2024 (with mobile app version 9.7)
- Impact: Users on iOS 12 and iOS 13 will not be able to update the app after EON TV 9.6.
- Devices that cannot be updated to iOS 14: iPhone 5s iPhone 6 iPhone 6 Plus

- To use the EON app, you must have Android: 7 8 9 10 version of this operating system on your device. Basically, you need to have installed the latest version of the operating system that “Android” recommends.
- The latest supported version is Android 7.0 (Nougat) and above.
- Discontinued versions of Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and Android 6.0 (Marshmallow)
- Effective date: May 21, 2024 (with mobile app version 9.7) Impact: Users on Android 5.0 and Android 6.0 will not be able to update the app after EON TV 9.6.
- Devices that cannot be updated to Android 7.0: Google Nexus 5 Samsung Galaxy S4 Motorola Moto G (1st generation)
